Biuro Podróży Reklamy wins two main awards. Biuro Podróży Reklamy won in the Integrated Marketing Agency of the Year category. The “Charytatywni.allegro – Podziel się tym, co masz najlepszego” (Share your best assets) project, launching a charitable auction platform, won in the CSR and PR Project of the Year category. It is the second, apart from Epica Awards, Agency of the Year title Biuro Podróży Reklamy received for 2014.

Impactor is the oldest marketing competition in Poland. It has been organised since 1998. The awards are given by the Academy for Media and Advertising. During 17 editions, the Academy awarded the best advertising and media companies.

The objective of the Charytatywni.allegro campaign was to launch a charity auction platform of the Allegro portal enabling the collection of funds for charitable purposes and running CSR campaigns. The agency’s solution was a non-standard package comprising two envelopes: “I HELP” and “I DON’T HELP” Opening the “I HELP” package launched an electronic clock counting down 72 hours. It was impossible to stop the clock. The recipient had 72 hours to help – launch a charitable auction. Additionally, the auctions and company involvement were evaluated by Maciej Budzich and Natalia Hatalska. Ambassadors of the programme were leaders of the Polish charity scene – Anna Dymna, Ewa Błaszczyk and Jurek Owsiak.

The project was launched when nobody even dreamt of Internet campaigns. Is there anyone who still remembers the first ads? Today we can think back at those times with nostalgia and a permanent smile. Everything evolves, the first steps are always the basis for development. Innovations look for a fertile ground on the market in order to develop. People learn, “novelty” is an indispensable element of life. Our project evolved with the market but remained faithful to the initial assumptions: appreciation and promotion of the best examples of your activity, paying a lot of attention to honesty and transparency in assessment, leaving it in the hands of independent people, also – or maybe primarily – awarding the best projects and agencies. The statuette given to the winners is a sign of admiration and respect from colleagues from the sector.
