Bright Developments (BD) has chosen the Biuro Podróży Reklamy (BPR) ad agency for online sales support of its new real estate development project: apartments in south-easte district of Warsaw.
The agency will be responsible for creating websites and digital campaigns.
The interactive agency Biuro Podróży Reklamy has already cooperated with Bright Developments on projects related to the promotion and sale of several other residential and office investments in Warsaw. The current project is abou its two latest investments – Apartamenty Wawer and Apartamenty Lubartowska.
– Our task will be to create new websites based on frameworks of websites developed so far, update the WordPress CMS and introduce content provided by the owner – says Agnieszka Sosnowska, CEO of the interactive agency Biuro Podróży Reklamy. – This approach allows efficient project execution while minimizing the involvement of decision makers on each side.
Biuro Podróży Reklamy will also be responsible for preparing and running a digital campaign in Google (Ads). The agency will optimize advertising and strengthen sales by reaching people interested in buying new apartments.
This is not the first investment realized in this part of the capital by Bright Developments. During several years of cooperation, the agency Biuro Podróży Reklamy has also created websites for previous residential and office-service investments of this developer.
The Lubartowska Apartments project is a building with an elegant facade of a higher standard. Its size and character fits in with the other buildings on the street frontage, at the same time referring to the new additions to Grochów development. The building will comprise just 26 apartments on 5 storeys, a small commercial unit on the first floor and an underground garage.
Construction work for the project began in April 2022 and is scheduled to be completed in May 2023. The first campaign prepared by Biuro Podróży Reklamy is currently being launched.
Another investment is also planned: a modern building with a simple shape, flat roof, white-graphite facade and wood-colored windows with apartments on 4 floors.
