This year St. Majewski is celebrating the 125 anniversary of the company.
The company plans to take this opportunity to implement elaborate image actions and join in charity actions for children.
Biuro Podróży Reklamy will, among other things, organise media relations and public relations actions, conduct a non-standard OOH campaign and viral marketing actions.
The origins of St. Majewski company go back to 1889, when, on the initiative of Stanisław Majewski, the pencil factory ‘St. Majewski & Co’ was established in Pruszków. By 1939 the company had developed considerably, regularly extending the factory and expanding its product range to include, among other things, office products (rulers, drawing pins, paper clips, etc.). In 1935, at the World Exhibition in Paris, the technical graphite pencil Polonia 340 produced by the company was considered the best in the world. After the war the factory was nationalized and renamed to Pruszków Office Supplies Factory. In 1995, the company was re-privatised and the name ‘Pencils Factory St. Majewski LLC’ was re-introduced. Merging St. Majewski and Unipap in 2008 resulted in creating the largest manufacturing group in the market of school and office supplies, with an annual turnover of over 100 million PLN and the workforce of more than 300 people.
