The Almatur Travel Agency, in cooperation with the “MG13 Mierz Wysoko” (MG13 Aim High) Foundation decided to run another campaign with Marcin Gortat as the main star. It is the second year that Marcin Gortat, founder of the “MG13. Mierz wysoko” Foundation, has cooperated with the Almatur Travel Agency. The Foundation was established in 2009, its objective is, among other things, to help young people fulfil their sport dreams, to promote health and healthy lifestyle.
This year’s marketing campaign by Almatur will have a form of a competition addressed to all young people willing to try and win the awards which include 14 balls and 14 T-shirts with Marcin Gortat’s autographs. The competition is organised under the slogan: “Finish… and win!”. The campaign will involve finishing a sentence begun by Marcin Gortat in a speech balloon on a competition graphic.
The competition will take place on Facebook, will last for 6 weeks and have 14 editions. The competition begins on 8 May and will last until mid-June. The interactive agency Biuro Podróży Reklamy is responsible for the concept, execution and performance of the campaign as well as for media purchases.
It is a consecutive year when Biuro Podróży Reklamy provides social media services to the Almatur Travel Agency. They have been cooperating since 2013 and will also do so in 2015. In 2014, the agency was responsible for the concept and execution of an Internet campaign with Marcin Gortat entitled: “Where’s the ball?”. The competition was also co-organised by Marcin Gortat’s Foundation.
Almatur is a leader among tour operators organising holidays for children and teenagers. Approximately 25 000 young people use their offer every year. For the coming holidays, the agency prepared 300 offers of thematic summer camps (mostly focusing on sport or sport and recreation) in 63 locations in Poland. In addition, the agency has a wide offer of foreign trips and language courses.
