Biuro Podróży Reklamy has been selected by Fundacja Integracja to perform tasks consisting in modernization and improvement of recruitment portal. The decision about cooperation Was made in September this year.

Integracja has been raising awareness in the Polish society of the community of people with various disabilities for over 20 years. It is the originator of popular and award-winning social campaigns, i. a. „Nie chcę być strażakiem!” („I don’t wanna be a fire fighter!”). It also administers website – a recruitment portal which makes it easier for the disabled to find a job.

Biuro Podróży Reklamy will be responsible for preparing a new version of the website (, especially for adjusting it to the needs of the disabled and for placing the website on the server.

This project is of a big importance for use in terms of CSR, it is not only a commercial job. We feel that we can help and want to do this”, says Michał Bocheński, Senior Technology Manager in Biuro Podróży Reklamy.

First actions within the cooperation started in September. The person managing the project on the part of the Foundation is Krzysztof Solnica, „Sprawni w Pracy” („Able at Work”) project coordinator, whereas on the part of the agency these are: Robert Sosnowski, Managing Director and Michał Bocheński, Senior Technology Manager.

In terms of the visual part and the code, the website will be developed according to WCAG 2.0 standard and with the use of RWD technology, which will make it friendly for a disabled user. The tasks of the agency will include i. a.: preparation of an improved version of the website, development of a consistent information architecture and scenarios of non-logged in and logged in user interaction, development of a convenient panel for various defined user groups, transfer and adjustment of the content, website texts and its final placement on the server.

Integracja has been working towards equaling the social opportunities of people with various disabilities, shaping the civil awareness and social integration for over 20 years. It administers the biggest media regarding disability in Poland: „Integracja” magazine and website as well as recruitment portal. It is the organizer of many social campaigns, i. a. „Nie chcę być strażakiem” („I don’t wanna be a fire fighter”), „Płytka wyobraźnia to kalectwo” („Shallow imagination is disability”), „Czy naprawdę chciałbyś być na naszym miejscu” („Do you really wish you were us”), „Dlaczego traktujesz nas inaczej” („Why do you treat us differently”).
